"Ideas that don't disturb are unworthy of being called ideas" claimed Oscar Wilde. I have ideas that are going to seriously disturb any tranquil acceptation of the NT narratives.

Questioning the Bible, a revised assessment of the Dead Sea Scrolls' Messiahs brings existential changes to the fore that cast doubt on previous teachings. The Scroll Messiahs stood for party labels within the Teacher's school, divided decades after his execution in Jerusalem.

Conventional thinking has to expand because the two Gospel Messiahs also initially stood for party labels, just as today the American elephant and donkey symbolize coalitions that fight for control within the same democracy. The Qumran clans were the ancestors to the Gospel clans. New Gospel investigations, adding to previously overlooked insight offers a realistic approach to the Dead Sea Scroll Messiahs and the community strategies expressed by the early evangelist writers. 

Understanding what the Messiahs represented explains a radical change in perception: the Gospels are neither a transcription of God's words, nor the wisdom sayings of a man Jesus, but a Punch and Judy show performed on the Essene community stage while turning into a Christian community.
